Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of YardRemake. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

YardRemake generates AI-powered redesigns of yard photos, along with plant information, videos, and curated product suggestions. You need a free account to use it. Some capacity is included at no cost and more is available on a paid plan, as described below.

What is included. Free and Pro accounts are metered differently. Free accounts get 3 AI designs per day, reset daily, and unlimited hand-placed designs, which use no AI and are never metered. Pro accounts receive 250 credits per 30-day period drawn from one shared pool: a design costs 1 credit, an HD design 2, and a video walkthrough 20. Credits are for use within their period and do not roll over, and they have no cash value. We may change these allowances; the current ones are always shown on the pricing page.

Pro subscription. Pro is $14.99 per month or $119.88 per year, charged in advance and renewing automatically at the same interval until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

Cancelling.You can cancel any time from your account's billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access and credits continue until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

Refunds.Payments are generally non-refundable, including for unused credits and partial periods. That said, we'd rather you be treated fairly than technically correct: if the service failed you or you were charged in a way you did not intend, email us and we'll sort it out. If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Changes to pricing.We may change prices or what a plan includes. Changes apply to your next renewal, never retroactively, and we'll tell you before that renewal so you can cancel first.

Generated designs are AI-created visualizations. They can be inaccurate, depict plants or structures imperfectly, or suggest combinations that need adjustment for your specific site. Plant details (zones, sizes, care needs) are provided for information only. Before planting or building, verify details with local professionals, your cooperative extension, and utility-locating services. We are not responsible for outcomes of work done based on generated designs.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload, and you may use your generated designs and videos however you like, personally or commercially. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your photos and designs solely to provide the service. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and don't upload unlawful content or images of people without their permission.

Generated videos carry a small YardRemakewatermark. Removing or obscuring it isn't permitted, but you're otherwise free to post and share the video anywhere.

Creating a share link publishes that design — the before and after images, the plant list, and any videos — to a public web page that anyone with the link can open, without signing in. The link is long and unguessable, but it is not private: treat it as public the moment you send it to someone. Share pages may be cached by us or by third parties (for example, link previews in messaging apps). If you want one taken down, email us.

Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping or bulk generation, no attempts to bypass limits or disrupt the infrastructure, no reverse engineering, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Some links go to third-party retailers. As an Amazon Associate, we may earn from qualifying purchases. Third-party sites have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their products or services.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YardRemake and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the service at any time, cancel a subscription from your billing page, or ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service; if we terminate your account without cause while you have paid time remaining, we'll refund the unused portion.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate.
